Biryani Chammanthi (or) Green Chammanthi

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup freshly scrapped coconut
  • Leaves – Coriander leaves : Mint leaves :Curry leaves (3:2:1)
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp
  • 5 Green chilies (spicy ones) – adjust accordingly
  • 1/2 inch Ginger
  • 2 tbsp – water

Method:

Step 1: To a mixer jar – add the leaves , green chilies. lemon juice, ginger , salt and crush well.

Step 2: Later add the scrapped coconut +2 tbsp of water and crush it- Do not grind it to a fine paste.

Enjoy with Biryani, Erachi choru , Ghee rice and so on.
